A Great Salesman Reads Non-Verbals
What mean about that is watching or listening to the selling signs that people give you by their voice or face. You need to read book about this topic. It will help you with co-workers, family, friends, prospects and customers. I have taken multiple classes in this in College and took Public Speaking courses also.
When prospects become customer they will give you a lot of non-verbals to close them NOW!!!!
