Customer Care…Is the customer always right?  I believe that I customer could be right but be careful…it depends on what Sales that you do.  With my  experience I have done $100.00 selling and also $5000.00 to $250,000.00.  The one hundred usually always right by being honest, and so can the more expensive one could hurt your pocketbook.  Just use your best judgement.  Usually GPS makes customers more honest….just test it for yourself.
